What does TCM stand for?
The Carpet Man. TCM started out as a carpet cleaning company, and as the work grew into water, fire, and mold restoration and rebuilding, the company became TCM Restoration.
Is TCM Restoration licensed and certified?
Yes. We’re a licensed general contractor in Alaska, our technicians are IICRC-certified, and we hold an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. Along with homes, we restore offices, stores, multifamily buildings, and other commercial properties, and we take on large commercial projects across the state. Call us to check coverage for your location.
Will I need a separate contractor for the repairs?
No. Our crews handle the emergency cleanup, drying, mold removal, and contents cleaning, and our own construction team does the rebuild. You work with one company and one project manager from start to finish.
